My Work

Over the last decade, I've led product at two companies at very different stages, and in both cases, my job was the same: Turn ambiguous problems into clear strategy, build the teams to execute it, and ship work that moves the business forward. Across both companies, the pattern was consistent: I took on complexity, built the team and process to operate through it, and drove outcomes that mattered: retention, adoption, platform stickiness, and revenue growth.
