Owned and led Aktana’s AI product strategy and development, where I defined and executed the machine learning roadmap, launching five AI/ML products that optimized the go-to-market strategy for global life sciences organizations. Partnered with data science and engineering to translate complex models into practical, enterprise-scale solutions that improved adoption, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
Promoted to oversee the product strategy, I expanded the company’s AI vision and portfolio, driving cross-functional alignment across product, data science, and customer teams, leading two awarded patents and measurable improvements in scalability and operational efficiency.
The role deepened my expertise in applied AI and reinforced the importance of pairing data intelligence with human context to drive enterprise performance.
Zephyr Health
Transformed Zephyr’s data-on-demand platform for the commercial life sciences market. Initiated and implemented a full redesign and rebuild of the platform, improving data reliability, reach, and ingestion accuracy while enabling advanced segmentation and analytics for healthcare customers.
The role deepened my expertise in data-driven product strategy and reinforced my belief that clarity and precision in data design can unlock real commercial impact.
NICE Systems
Drove design and development of NICE’s Performance Management platform, driving key capabilities that improved efficiency and visibility across contact center operations.
After relocating to the Bay Area, I led the integration of Merced Systems into NICE’s Workforce Optimization portfolio. Managed cross-functional teams across geographies, unified overlapping products, and ensured a seamless transition for customers.
The role deepened my experience in large-scale product integration, enterprise collaboration, and building data-driven platforms that enhance workforce performance.
Panorama Software
Started as a Senior Solution Specialist, helping enterprise customers maximize the value of their BI platforms through advanced analytics and tailored implementations. My close work with users led to frequent collaboration with the product team, where I eventually transitioned into product management, shaping roadmap priorities, introducing the first SAP BW Online Viewer, and driving broader adoption across global customers.
