More than 25 years of experience building and scaling AI-driven products that solve real business problems. My work lives at the intersection of technology, human behavior, and measurable outcomes, turning ideas into products that drive customer satisfaction, engagement, revenue growth, and retention.
I’ve led teams that delivered meaningful impact: expanding ARR, improving adoption and efficiency, and launching innovations that earned patents in AI and machine learning.
What drives me is creating clarity from complexity, aligning teams, data, and strategy to turn innovation into something tangible and useful. That mindset has guided me since the very start of my career, even before I officially stepped into the world of product management.
