Building Intelligent Products,
Scaling Human Impact.

Product leader with 25+ years of experience building and scaling AI-driven product organizations across SaaS and on-premise platforms, from startups to global enterprises. I’ve led teams that delivered triple-digit ARR growth, stronger customer satisfaction, and higher user adoption. My domain experience spans life sciences and healthcare, employee experience and HR tech, contact centers, business intelligence, and risk & compliance.

My journey into product management

My career began in Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) at Deloitte, helping clients across industries understand systems, data, and risk. Beyond advising, I realized I wanted to build. That led me into the field of Business Intelligence (BI), where I designed and implemented BI systems and used the mechanics of turning data into decisions. In that process, I found myself constantly suggesting improvements, reaching out to vendors with feedback, and exploring how products could better serve users. Eventually, I joined one of them as a product manager, responsible for shaping the solutions themselves. That’s where my journey in product truly began.

Finding My Voice in Product

My experience in product spans a wide range of domains, solutions, platforms, and users at different organizations. Whether it is improving efficiency, reducing costs, time, waste, or increasing revenue, productivity, and quality, I learned that solving real customer pain points and making a true impact can be achieved through an exceptional user experience that addresses real user needs.

Product management is all about making tough choices: What to focus on, What to drop, and How to win, while providing the justification: The “Why?”. That is the 'Art of Prioritization' that every product leader must master, and has been my modus operandi.

Building Intelligence into Products

Coming from the world of BI and working closely with customers gave me a different way of thinking, one rooted in curiosity and problem-solving. I’ve always challenged assumptions and looked for patterns others might overlook. That mindset helped me solve customer challenges, launch impactful products, and scale organizations from early-stage to over $100M in ARR, turning whiteboard concepts into products that achieved market fit and earned recognition as category leaders.

Leading at Scale

Leadership isn’t just about setting a strong product vision, GTM strategy, or roadmap. It is about building high-performing, accountable teams that move fast, make confident decisions, and stay close to customers and the market. It means cutting red tape, improving processes, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

As a leader, I see my role as enabling, empowering and amplifying others, helping the team shine, unblocking where needed, and acting as a coach and mentor. I encourage open dialogue, tough questions, critical thinking and accountability, because challenging assumptions leads to better alignment and sharper execution.

Scaling a team is a collective mindset. Every member contributes to how we grow and operate. My job as a leader is to help the team find their strengths, connect across functions, and bring their best to the organization, so together, we perform at our highest level.
